As federal leaders roll back worker protections, Raise the Floor Alliance is helping workers fight back when we’re being pushed out, shut out, and left behind.. We’re defending leaders targeted by ICE, fighting workplace harassment and abuse, challenging discrimination, and helping workers seek justice when their jobs and livelihoods are at risk. We’re also fighting for long-term change—from higher wages to protections from retaliation—by bringing workers directly into the fight for better laws and stronger protections.
