Catch Raise the Floor tabling on Saturday, December 7th at Haymarket House (800 W. Buena Ave.) for the Radical Used Book Fair (indoor edition).
All proceeds from the book sales go to supporting the Books Not Bars program and this year Haymarket is partnering with the 46th Ward Office to host their 2nd Annual Coat Drive from 11:00-1:00pm! Interested in donating a coat? Donations will be accepted through December 5th and can be dropped off at the 46th Ward Office (4544 N. Broadway) during business hours.
There will be hundreds of radical books available—many in like-new condition, as well as some rare finds. It'll be an excellent place to stock up for yourself or as gifts for all the activists and organizers in your life!
*We ask that all Book Fair attendees wear a mask as this is an indoor event*
More details: There will be a wide variety of radical used books on sale and all money raised will benefit the Books Not Bars program that donates books to folks who are currently incarcerated.
